Outside Sales – Automation Specialist.
Outside Sales Automation Specialist opportunity is available with a well-established distributor of fluid power components. Custom Fluid Power focus’ on pneumatic and Universal Robot applications.

Position Description:
Meet regularly with new and existing customers in the territory. Actively pursue and identify new business opportunities within the territory. Work with customers to determine solutions that will mutually benefit both parties. Offer innovative solutions for fluid power applications in the MRO, OEM, and industrial marketplace. Territory Area Include Southern Idaho, Southeast Idaho, and Western Montana.

Responsibilities/ Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven, successful experience in outside sales • Self-directed with the ability to maximize productivity • Ability to identify and implement solutions that meet the customer’s needs • Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships via face to face contact • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) • Professional in a manner that aligns with our core values and ethics.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

• Fluid Power and/or Industrial Sales experience • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word • Organization and Time Management Skills • Strong communication skills • Driven, Winner mentality • Personal drive and high energy level

Compensation:
Base salary with incentives based on experience. Incentives are based on the growth of existing and new business. Health Insurance and 401K plan with match.
